5th Life: ** A little bit older now, the catgirl was tired of listening to her rambunctious roommates up late on a weekend and escaped to the quiet of the night to smoke a cigarette real quick. She encountered a large stray dog and, dogs having a reputation for chasing cats, was chased through the woods on her way back to the apartment. She never would have suspected a dog trying to eat a cat when they caught her, though... **
6th Life: ** Celise decided to pay a neighbor a visit after spotting them on the other side of the fence handling their canine companion. After showing quite the interest in the dog, even teasing the dog in their own home, the canine claimed the catgirl as kibble! Stripped by the owner and dragged away, she was swallowed alive by the massive hound right next to its kennel. **
7th Life: ** Fascinated at the thought of a giant octopus that had been brought to the zoo, Celise simply had to get a close look at the bizarre creature. A closer look quickly devolved into her crawling into the creature's tank and teasing the strange aquatic beast into touching and wrapping tentaclesa about her... but she didn't expect it to be able to drag her beneath the water and fit her up into its belly! **
8th Life: ** Celise once again ran afoul of a dogs, this time an entire pack of them that made roaming around near the city park their usual habits! Celise dismissed the tales of a pack of man-eating hounds and even dared to approach their hunting grounds late at night while alone, after which the pack of canines had a small internal dogfight over which one would get to eat the feline! **
Final Life: ** Celise encountered a girl like her, a feline creature of white furs and spots, while lurking around just outside of a lounge one evening. That girl, Tselkie, caught a whiff of how nervous and perhaps needy for attention the young feline was. She promised Celise exactly the sort of attention the young girl had been craving and dragged her home out of sight of everyone else, then goaded the young girl to give up her last remaining feline life into fueling the pleasures and whims of a hungry cat. There's not much of a Celise left anymore save for a bit of padding under spots and a bit of waste left in the woods.
A Limited Lives character is about what it sounds like. Akin to a perma-death character, the Limited Lives character cannot be returned indefinitely. It has a given number of lives which cannot be restored in any way, and once completely exhausted, the character cannot be reconstituted.
Celise Whitepaw is an anthropomorphic feline of average build, standing approximately five feet high if you count the ears. She has a healthy, toned frame with a young complexion and bright eyes. Her figure is subtly hourglassed: enough to clearly identify her as female from a distance, but not so much as to describe her hips or her chest as uncomfortably large. She has stark, snow-white fur with locations that have distinct red markings. The markings are clearly artificial, applied like frosted fur tips, and usually seen around the eyes, along her arms, chest, hips and the tip of her tail. She doesn't have much in the way of accessories, but has been known to wear an anklet around her left ankle from time to time.
Her choice of dress is that of a younger crowd, often wearing layers of dark colored fabrics and heavy materials. She's most often seen wearing a black logo-emblazoned shirt underneath a hefty black hoodie that's usually left open in the front (unless the weather is unseasonably cold.) On her arms are typically long black arm-warmers secured in place with a series of finely polished silver buckles. Her hoodie has a cat-eared hood that's can be either drawn or left hanging at the back of her neck. Her shirt is usually tucked into a pair of black denim jeans fastened with a belt with a silver clasp. A thin chain is connected between one belt loop and her left pocket. The knees of her jeans are often worn away or ripped up entirely, exposing the contrasting white fur underneath.
She doesn't normally wear shoes. Instead, her lower legs are usually wrapped up in buckled warmers similar to the ones on her arms, but they only extend halfway down her paw, allowing her pawpads and toes the freedom and flexibility needed to touch the ground and move quickly. Sometimes she'll be seen with a backpack, but not always. She primarily has a casual, slightly stand-offish pose when interacting with others. She seems friendly enough, though shows signs of having a spunky sort of tomboyish nature to her behavior.
