Ceirios

Ceirios, being a dryad, is the elemental guardian of her region, tasked with defending the earth from unnatural threats and preserving the life of the ecosystem in which she lives. As a Dryad, she is both magically bound to both the Earth and her ecosystem, drawing magical power from the landscape around her. As an magic user that draws her power directly from Gaia, she has the power to bind and unbind natural materials, and cast camouflage on herself. However, she may not use magic to directly harm any living thing of this world, which would break her tether to Gaia and be her undoing. She is however allowed to fight with physical strength, or with weapons. Things she can attack directly magic include Demonic beings and the Undead, as they are either alien to this plane or dead matter in the eyes of Gaia. She's Earth's Champion, and one Mean Green Motherload.

Dryads are similar to druids in their duties and powers, but are diffent in their execution. A dryad has been physically transformed by their connection to gaia, assuming plantlike characteristics and completely altering their form. They are much stronger than druids but this comes at a price. If a Dryad were to lose their connection to Gaia's power they would start to wither and die, the same would be true if the dryad left their territory of 'grove' for any extended period of time.
