Ceilia is a Frillish maid working at the Salavera family mansion. Despite Frillish generally being rather joyful creatures, her lifestyle and having to deal with Montie slowly wore on her to the point where she's grouchy more often than not. Living in such a rich, noble household has jaded her to the outside world a little bit, and she does tend to be easily disgusted with how most commoners tend to act.
