Skin color: well normally he wears make up to hide his skin color, but it’s sort of a pale flesh tone.
Clothes: he usually wears a flashy clown regalia, complete with jester shoes and a cape.

Items :

Grimore: a magical book that Cefka keeps at his study it has all his spells he wrote it so only he could read it.
Chaos Mask: a mask Cefka found once in a catacomb he like it. he doesn't know it's magical.
Charlie the the stuffed demon: this is Cefka's dearest and oldest possession. he had it since he was kid. and yes he falls asleep with it each night.

Modern: he wears clothing like that of the picture i used

Personality: Cefka is Short tempered, Destructive tendencies, playful, almost always joking around with people, eccentric but more than anything Cefka is extremely intelligent, and trys to keep a focused mind.

Likes: Books, Artifacts, Jokes, clowning around, Playing the fool, he loves and misses his mother,

Dislikes: Being shot at, being Mocked, being made a fool of, someone being flashier then himself, the mages guild.

Mana regen: (Passive skill) regenerates 1 spent mana point every round

Dark Clown: (Passive skill) well his time being a clown helped out it gives him a +2 to Tumbling (dodging), Acrobatic ticks, Juggling items, and a +4 to balance checks


Spells: spells cost Mana points to perform. 20/20

(Cost 3 MP) Magic bubble: protects from ranged physical attacks and minor magic.
(Negates minor magic spells and halves ranged attacks

(Cost 10 MP) Lightning Bolt: a Bolt of electric shoots forth from his finger tips and deals 1-10 points of damage.

(Cost 2 MP)Electric Bubble: this spell makes a large bubble that when hits deals 1-4 Points of damage

(Cost 4 MP)Frogshape: 50/50 chance of turning opponents into a small frog for 1 d4 hours if it hits
(Gives the status: Frog(frog is similar to the spell toad )

(Cost 3 MP)Ice Block: fires a chunk of Ice at the opponent dealing 1-6 points of Ice/Blunt damage.

(Cost 4 Mp) Rolling fire: makes a fire ball in his hand and then kicks it like a Soccer Ball when it hits it causes 1-8 points of Damage.

bio:

Cefka was born and raised in a city called Garland. His mother a witch and father a traveling bard both hated each other for numerous reasons they split up when he was 3. For the most part Cefka lived with his mother in the woods outside of town but he would sneak into town and practice magic, which he was very adapt with, even at an early age. Growing up Cefka for the most part would Provide his mother by performing his magic act on the street he also work in at the circus that would come into town as a clown his mother would palm read and tell fortunes for a price. That was till he was 13 when mages from the guild found him performing in the street and took him away on the spot. They taught him magic but they refused to let him go see his mother. After 5 years of intense training, he became a fully fledged mage but he had a hatred for the guild for taking him away from his mother, and still he was not a loud to visit his mother. So he started planning and scheming, learning also talking to fellow mages he met while in the mage’s tower.
