El Cebador is only barely discernible as having once been human. The person he used to be was captured at a young age for scientific research purposes, but as the scientist in charge of him got a bit out of hand with the modifications made, the experiment was aborted and the scientist sent on a nice long vacation to clear his mind. The laboratory itself was abandoned in time, and its remaining inhabitants ultimately escaped into the wasteland. El Cebador, unlike some of its "siblings", still possesses his human intelligence, and uses that, along with a force-feeding machine he took from the wreckage of the laboratory, to live comfortably and undiscovered.
His long, thin frame is the result of extensive alteration to the spine and ribcage, with synthetic vertebrae inserted at strategic locations and the back of the ribcage made exoskeletal. The ribs themselves contain visible steel hinges that expand to accommodate prey. His abdomen appears thin at first glance, but steel zippers on his back allow him to utilize extra flaps of skin, so not to tear himself open as he eats. The bones in his arms and legs are elongated to match, and his hands and feet outfitted with titanium claws rooted deep in the nailbeds. His face is obscured by a haphazardly angled curtain of hair and a steel-and-titanium mask that imitates the shape of its skull from the bridge of the nose out to the cheekbones, and covering his mouth and jaw. Sharpened, elongated teeth are anchored in the metal, and the mandible comes unhinged and separates down the center, enabling it to swallow even large meals whole and relatively unharmed.

Likes: Force-feeding his meals before he eats them, being the James Bond villain-type nice guy to his victims, rickety "haunted" sort of houses, not having to chase things too far, being referred to as a monster, belly rubs
