Casey or sometimes called cassidy by mistake works for team rainbow rocket in alola.
However she herself is not from alola nor from kanto she is in fact from orre.
Born in the Under which is a subterranean city which is directly below Pyrite Town located southwest in Orre.
Being born a few years before Cipher took control over the town as her parents were miner's that the town was meant for.
When Cipher first took control Casey managed to get a job working from them. Not a full grunt at this point just a few odd jobs.
Eventually she got a promotion and accepted fully into Cipher and got herself her first pokemon Tympole ♂ And named it Yokozuna.
Which a few were found in the cargo supplies coming in from unova they were mostly supplies needed for their shadowy experiments.
At the time she was working odd jobs and heard about it making a passing comment about that it was cute.
The higher ups took a pair of two to breed them in case they prove to be useful later and Casey got the one that was left over.

She worked from a cipher a good while long enough for Yokozuna to evolve until Greevil was defeated.
She was at the lab during Greevil's defeat on Citadark Isle. She was meant to get a promotion and her own shadow pokemon.
And imported pokemon as a gift for all of her hardwork. A Lopunny! She named it Peppy
Luckly a college had a boat which they used to escape the law enforcement to arrest the grunts after the fall.
They traveled all the way to alola and got in touch with team rainbow rocket that was setting up at the time.
Casey being related to Proton(Cousin) and her former employment got her another job in Team rainbow rocket.
Now she works for giovanni living with said college in Konikoni City.

One day while eating at a cafe she casually stole someone's coat hanging from the coat hangers. Hoping to steal a wallet or something.
Instead she found a lil male blipbug that had been hiding in the pocket. She did not recognize the species thinking it is rare she caught it.
Back in HQ they told her it wasn't she shrugs it off and just keep the lil bastard named him dexter
A few weeks after that casey was in malie city when she heard some yelling from a nearby house.
Peeking in from the window she saw a angry guy chasing after a male cotonee which had food bit all over its face.
Being the oh so good person casey caught the cotonee and uh... asked nicely for a reward. Getting herself a bit of money and a cotonee named him munchie
During the construction of the pokemon league on Mount Lanakila casey was tasked to do some recon working there disquised as a worker.
While walking near the cliff she notice a girl standing close toward the edge. When she got closer she jumped right off the cliff.
She looked down and even send out Dexter to look for the body. But eerily enough there was no body nor the sound of her hitting the ground.
When casey turns around she get spooked by a froslass. Of course like you could have guessed she caught this gal too. Named her Robin.
How the last 6th pokemon she got was quite funny. Maxie gave her his old female camerupt he disliked. Casey named her Sakazuki.
