Carmeline

Carmeline. She's awfully chipper for a goth. She looks the part: black clothes, tattoos, piercings, big chunky boots. But she doesn't really go in for the emo, brooding stereotype. Why?

Demons are real. Magic is real. And she knows it.

She knows how to summon, how to bind, how to exorcise. The basics, anyway. She's no all-powerful witch. At best she's a specialist in training. Imps and spirits are generally no problem, and she makes use of them for a lot of mundane tasks around the house. More powerful beings are dicey, and she knows that as well, though the temptation to push her limits is always there.

Carmeline doesn't seek power for power's sake. For her, it's a matter of curiosity and convenience. She'll happily spend hours hanging around graveyards, talking with the ghosts, learning their stories. Helping her friends rid their haunted homes of the unquiet dead. Teaching a summoned demon what a candybar is, then bribing them with it.

5'4", hair like a raven's wing. She pretty much always has occult tools on her. Chalk at the very minimum, and often things like herbs, salt, or an old tome.
