OKAY. Apparently, I have to put this up here, too- it's already in the profile, but it was ignored by the very person it was directed to. Shoulda figured, the type of people to do this usually aren't the type to do anything more than look at a profile pic. So here we go.

When Carlene first came here, she was a magical jack-of-all-trades, master of none. This has changed more than some bit- she had temporarily gained the book of Itsuka, and learned a vast variety of spells.

She carries with her a "small" pamphlet of spells she copied from Itsuka, an inch-thick book she can have vanish or appear at will. Using this, as well as a few other, memorized spells, she can be quite the force to reckon with unless you take her by surprise, or get close enough to physically over-power her- not an easy task by another human, due to her strength enhancement spells, but may be accomplished easier by something less human.

She uses her spellbook for work as a mercenary- this could be work as an assassin, thief, bodyguard, spy, or anything else of the like.

She was once a vampire, but has used her new knowledge of magic to completely reverse her vampirism.

Get her book away from her, and she becomes much more vulnerable, having to depend on magic that relies on weakening ties to the world she comes from.

She is pred or prey, about a fifty-fifty split. Generally speaking, she will use a spell to shrink her victims before ingesting, but the spell takes some concentration- she may try and just wolf you down at your current size if she feels you're weak enough.

Carlene has her own way of reforming, and her body is constantly regenerating itself due to it. The key to her reformation is also the key to either owning her or killing her off for good.
