This pony had always been a naughty boy. He took a job as a postman in order to pay the bills, and also because it gave him the occasion to meet plenty of pretty mares (and stallions). He easily fall in love and is quite naive if someone is kind with him. Otherwise, he's smart and don't fall in easy traps. He lives in a pretty house in ponyville and love to spend the days he don't work visiting peoples (especially girls).
As he passed medical tests, the doctor told him that he had a very strange magic illness. His body was able to stretch a lot more than usual, and so he was able to eat things bigger than him, despite bulging terribly. There was also another effect that made him strangely able to reform if an accident happened. The last effect was a lot less promising. For unknown reasons, his strange body wasn't able to procreate. Carey was sterile and the doctor couldn't do anything about it. Care however thought that magic could help him, and thought about asking Zecora one day about this problem. However, until he find a cure, he is a bit ashamed of this problem.
He got introduced to Vore as he was young, and always found it attractive as long as he could still meet the one he ate. For that reason, he asked Zecora to cast a spell on him that reform any person he consume, no matter how he does it. She also allowed him to reform, if he got eaten instead.

Care's Pills
Safety Pill: That Blue pill is mostly used to keep peoples safe. If a predator swallow the pill, then as long as it's in his stomach, it prevent his stomach to digest it's content, the pill however dissolve itself after a few hours. However, if a prey eat the pill, then he will reform after a while. Swallowing two pills make a prey reform almost immediatly after being digested.
Insta Digestion Pill: That Red pill is a lot more powerfull. If a predator swallow that pill, it dissolve even before to reach the stomach. It's acids become then increadibly stronger, and anything in it's stomach/balls/womb/breasts digest in no time.
Stretch Pill: That Orange pill had been made thanks to informations around Care's body. He have no use of such pill, but it give the one who eat it the same stretchy body that Care have for a long while.
Tiny Pill: Inspired from the effect of a flowers growing in the Everfree forest: the Poison joke. This purple pill seal every powers of the one that swallow it, and then shrink it until the subject become bite sized. His size might come back, eventually, but it can take hours, days, or sometimes weeks or months. The time he remains shrunk it totally random.
