Sure he can Punch through a Thick steel wall, and take a hit by that steel wall, but get him knee deep in salt water and he is helpless...

STORY:
He was the Captain to a Infamous group of Pirates on the Nexus Seas... Sure he didn't partake in devouring people, but his Crew members sure did... He was the only Non-predator in a group of Predators, however his Tatics was the reason they even got their prey so they kept him as Captain rather than eating him... Mind and body, they united against many pirates, and Marines as well.
They all became close friends... resulting in more reasons the predators had not eaten him... They were like a Family to each other.
After Plundering a Pirate ship, his entire crew had fell prey, however he did get a Devil's Fruit, and on his way to Nexus to get a New crew... he ate the Devil fruit known as "Fie-Fier no Mi", named after the Roman word for Iron, not realizing it's Curse, When he landed, the first thing he realized, is that he couldn't move, he landed in the water and became paralyzed...
Though he was pulled out by Akira_Tasimaro after his first day of being stuck...
though, after a month of Breaking everything he touched, he began falling into depression... He needs to learn to control his strength... or he may just lose his mind...
In a Private RP he learned to control his strength, and transform into a Voreish Anthro Dragon, and no longer suffers from Depression.
He eventually kidnapped a Celebrity, and sold her as a slave.
He also joined Yokobou's crew, giving a Devil fruit that controls wind to the Captain of that crew. The fruit was named "Van-Vant no Mi", after the Roman word for Wind.

Sea-Prism stone has a similar effect, only instead of paralyzing, it drains his strength and speed the longer he's exposed to it.
Since his powers are Metal based, he's easily effected by Magnets and Magnetic fields.

This body is made out of a living metal, usually used in Alien technology.

he is wearing a Torn Black jacket, A white Tank-top, and Black pants that are torn up at the bottom, but no shoes.
He's also 40 years old and 6'1 feet'inches tall....
