CandIe

CandIe is a very playful Litwick... or at least that's how it seems. She'll act nice and happy as she gestures for you to pick her up and put her on your head... then, she'll stick herself there using her wax drips... and will eventually cover you in the substance.... before pulling it back in... with you inside! Yes, this little thing likes to absorb people... Be careful.
Watch her flame, too. Touch it, and it'll immediately pull you in! It seems to work like a stomach itself... a very HOT stomach... Plus, there's the fact that Litwick burn souls as fuel...
Everything she can do is half ghostly powers, half assisted; the "assist" coming from what she calls the "fire rock", (not a fire STONE, as in the evolutionary item, a fire ROCK) a medium-sized... well, rock... that appears to be perpetually lit aflame, yet can be held safely by anyone. She sometimes just likes to stare at it, too. She finds it pretty, which is why she picked it up in the first place.
