Calvier

You want something a bit weird? Well you just stumbled across it, buddy.

I'll start off simple and to the point, then elaborate. Since you'll most likely get confused by the simple description.

Calvier is a 15 ft. tall, four-armed, alien canine anthro from a militaristic planet in universe two galaxies over.

Head get stuck on something yet? Well, as I said, I'll explain. Calvier is an equivlant of a Lieutenant Colonel of the Army upon his home planet. A military driven world of towering, powerful 'canines' that conquered the other race on their planet ( Slightly smaller, four-armed felines ) and turned them into slaves and servants, a lesser class of being. From there, they advanced quickly and began to stretch out the moment they had space worthy craft. Many worlds would fall to their aggressive might, before the race began to slow down on it's own. They started to show signs of diplomacy and a lesser attitude of superiority. ( It is NOT uncommon for Calvier to seem a bit.. Racist. Very tolerant of his canine brethren, but others? Woo boy. )

They branched out, the desire for war was strong but unnecessary. Due to this and Calvier's father, something of a general in the military, Calvier was appointed to a point of diplomat, despite being a rather experienced soldier. Politics isn't really his fortay, but he holds his post regardless, which leads directly to how he is on Earth.

His race had reached this galaxy, they landed and offered peace and negotiations to the world leaders. Naturally, the leaders were and still are hesitant, and until the time that things go more smoothly.. Calvier has elected to explore. Didn't take long for his nose and belly to lead him to the Park of infamous story. Since then, he has decided to make frequent trips to the Park and surrounding area, amused at the freedom the area has for the consumption of others...

Physical Details:
Age - 27 Earth years old.
Height - 14.3 ft. tall.
Weight - Over 2 tons. Enough to crush someone underfoot with slight effort.
Build - Muscular and thick. A career soldier like his father, his body is at it's prime and will probably stay that way for decades.
Appearance - Dark brown fur across his entire body, with dark black at the tips of his pointy ears and around his muzzle. Although canine in appearance, he doesn't seem to be of any known 'breed' of Earthly canine.
Attire - When on duty, he is in a very 'advanced' style of military dress. Utilitarian and effective. When off-duty, he tends to wear dark colored pants with several pockets, thick military boots, and a varient of a 'wife-beater' shirt, tight to his broad torso.
Disposition - Although an admitted racist/supremist, he isn't actually that cruel and mean to those around him, especially of those belonging to a race of being his world hasn't conquered yet. Those that are of a conquered world? He can be almost sadistic in treatment to. He will tend to see 'normal' sized anthros and humans as inferior, cute objects and might get a bit too grabby from time to time, while races larger and closer to his size or even bigger tend to be treated almost equally. Keyword, almost. He is a supremist, and even if larger than him, he will almost undoubtably believe his mentality to be higher than theirs.
