A reprehensible woman named Karen. You get the idea.

She won't hesitate to call the police or other authorities over what she percieves to be slights or minor crimes. Even worse she's only really calling them to let them know she's performing a citizen's arrest.

So don't lose your ball in her backyard or play music in the park or dare to walk on the wrong side of the stairs. She'll try to digest you for it and if she's having a bad day she might not even reform you!

That said she's a normal woman and doesn't have any special ability to protect herself beyond eating someone else first. She also has no means of reforming herself if she's eaten!
