When she's a fatty, her personality stays the same, but her body doesn't. Call doesn't actually need to eat, she just does since it feels nice to be big (whatever that means). So she can swallow anything, and even have chambers for what she swallows. She has a chamber to digest food, one to hold items, and a entertainment space that can hold people, like a mini hotel.
Call has a chip in her head, which is basically her mind and emotions. With the right tools (All of which Call has in her stomach) anyone can edit it, giving her new emotions and a primary function whenever that spefific chip is in her.
