Background: Bleek is an intergalactic little menace of a Pikmin, having gone from planet to planet slowly but surely devouring everything alive on it before vanishing the planet itself without a trace. How many have disappeared into the purple depths of his body are unknown, as those that live to tell to tale tend to end up not for much long after relaying their stories. Most believe him to be nothing more than a space tavern tale concocted by some drunkard, for how could something so small be so horrifyingly ravenous? One thing's for certain though: if you happen to catch his hungering eye, the prospects of your future survivability will be bleak at best. TL;DR: Size difference / micro pred shenanigans.
