The title of a witch has been passed around from any generic evil-doer, to a woman working magic, to some craven in the woods that 'supposedly' eats children. This woman, however, takes a different approach on an old tale. She dwells not away from society and its juicy spoils, but right in its beating heart.
Meet Silver-Seer. Well, that's what she'll always call herself. While she never tells her real name, this is what she goes by - a title, one that draws attention to deeds over looks.
Her powers extend into terrifying avenues. While the full extent of it is kept highly secret, most could guess she can summon foul little creatures to do her bidding, make demands of the dead, singe with hellish flame, that sort of thing.
She's not often seen just aimlessly milling about. One could assume that being a witch is a busy, full-time job - and they'd be right. So many things to do, though reagents are a lot easier to get on a shopping spree.
