Needless to say, they are both wrong! If you don't know what this is yet, you obviously have not looked up a few lines to see what you really are dealing with here. You are dealing with an amphibious, flying human! Such a combination is not even something science can pull off, nor magic! Merely the biological functions of an alternate universe that allow chromosomes to mix and create beings despite how messed up it was! So who would think that a human-frog demi would get down and dirty with another human-bird like thing?
No really, it's an honest question here.
Regardless, thinking too much as to how such an odd creature got it's way into this world of magic, fairies, elves and well, whatever other 'mixed bloods' there are, this creature acts like all three put in one! The curiosity of a bird, some derpyness of a frog and well, the rest of a hootman (Read: Human)! Regarding anatomy? Well, what do you think a part bird, part human, part frog would have? Right, that's enough about this character, well, background, how'd she get here? Simple, she flew in.
No science gone wrong that opened warp portal, no running away from army or other group that want her (Why would they anyhow when her kind of mixed blood aren't abnormal anyhow?) nor any horrid history that drove her away from home! She just flapped away, rather derpily, eventually found the park!

Well, she can stretch, though, she's ignorant to vore! Mostly because she looks at leaves too much to know about it. Short attention span? Nope! She can stare at them for hours, actually, she just finds them

She has indeed, a rather human head, though with unnaturally (by most standard) large eyes, which tend to have rather dilated pupils, along with blinking at one at a time. A leaf green iris is coupled in this package! Having soft features and more of an oval-ish face that seems to emphasise on her being a squishy, huggy fellow and that she is! A small nose, though instead of having the nostrils at the bottom, they're on
the front of the nose. Most likely it's impressive she has a visible one at all considering she's only 1/3 human! So getting a cold, is rather embarrassing for her. Paired up with this are her lips, while looking normal sized, one would find that they have a good amount of softness and depth to them, as her jaw is pulled back a bit, though she still looks normal due to the amount of skin that seems to cover it. Blame the frog heritage for this, though she's gotten compliments for her kissing! Despite sloppy tongue.

For her hair, to keep things simple, she has half-back length white hair? Why? Because that's how her feathers are, read on for more! Now this is where things start to go on a roller-coaster ride of the genetic mixup! The neck has a bit of slightly green skin, on the back of it the front becoming more pale as you get to the centre of it. Expanding and going down to her chest, under her arms, and the front of her thighs! On the back, it would indeed be green, though utterly covered by white feathers! Now, if she's supposed to fly, how'd feathers get into the equation? Her skin, when in contact with water, releases oils that keep the floof down to herself and waterproof! So she can come up, fly off! Probably she'd waggle about some first though, just to make it less awkward but if an escape is needed, then she still has one at least!
Said fluff expands from her back unto the back of her arms for the wings! Which over extend the arms by quite a bit, showing that she's more of a glider when it comes to flying than an active pusher. Seems like genetics knew she'd be too lazy to fly if such were the case anyhow. Now the bust is indeed a modest C, though the fact that she doesn't have a godly hour-glass figure goes to show that some skin went there due to eating stuff! Probably she had one rat skewer too many behind her parent's back, though don't tell them! She'll end up with quite the tantrum if you do! Her rear is also the same, modest, green-skinned and squishy as fuck. Some may say thank god for those frog genetics now eh? EH?!

The legs do seem to go back to the more frog-human side of things, 'till the feet are reached to which seem to be full frog! Unless you take a close look though, you'll see some slits. For what you ask? Why talons obviously! Gotta have something to grab, erm, stuff, while flying, no? So come one, come all and let's see if this character will be loved, or if you'll let her gather dust, in a corner, all alone staring at you asking "W-why won't you keep me company?" and sniffling away.
