RP Mechanic: Chat decides
Babs is only so popular because she does what her chat wants at pivotal moments. That isn't to say all her actions have to be decided by dice or that she'll necesarilly succeed in what chat wants her to do. But I do like an element of chance.
So at certain points the chat may vote on what she does, whether she tries to eat her partner or get eaten by them. We'll roll opposing d999's and see which side of the vote wins!
There may be cases where she bites off more than she can chew though and we can do another roll to see if she manages it or fails.

We'll roll her pred card and mark it. If I get bingo I get to take off 5 random prey card marks.
If you're into temp vore we'll roll whatever you got as a dice again and you will take a break as her boobs for that many days!
If you don't like that sentence for being too long or too short... There's an option to spice things up~
I'll roll the current result and subtract 1 and keep you on me for that many weeks.
This can keep continuing to months, seasons... Even years~
Into chance based permavore? If I can play the take the tempvore game and if you manage to roll into multiple years consider yourself cleavage~ For permavores I'll mark a second spot on the pred card.
Hitting 13 on the pred card is still bad luck though! It acts as a free space but rolling it will cause my next prey card mark to roll twice!
Hitting any already marked spot will mark the closest sequential number not already marked. This wraps back around to 1 in the unlikely case all higher numbers are marked.

We'll roll her prey card and mark it. If I get bingo I'm done! Yours! At your mercy and probably turned into perma padding! If by some chance you decide to bring me back the board starts over!
As for tempvore we'll roll the result and it will be that many days spent as padding.
If the new mark makes two in a row We'll roll the result again then subtract 2 and add that many weeks.
If the new mark makes three in a row we'll roll the result again then subtract 3 and add that many months!
If the mark makes four in a row we'll roll one last time then subtract 4 and add that many seasons(3 months)!
Hitting 13 is super unlucky Two marks get added via two more rolls and 13 is a free space! 13 can only be rolled ONCE per rp. If it hits again we just reroll.
