- Once a Normal Eevee Belle was taken from her trainer after her trainer was devoured by a Grunt with an arbok.
- Belle was part of a Team Rocket Experiemnt in creating the perfect pokemon and her DNA was spliced with that of a Primarina causing her Mutate and Evolve into a Vaporeon/Primarina hybrid.
- Belle given her primarina Genes loves to sing and has quite the singing voice.
- Belle has the unique ability to turn her body into that of a Slime allowing her to do many different tasks.
- When in Water Belle is completly invisable making her quite the capable pred when she wants to be.
- Belle can create Bubbles to ensare her prey trapping them for later or to devour.
