Vice is one of the many rare and unique one time Moemon. and therefore data about her will be different from the regular Beedrill.
Vice was born from a hive like any other beedrill Moemon or other bee type creatures of nexus. though one thing was rare of her... she has the ability to make blue honey. and her speed was off the top, and considered abnormal for a beedrill. this shiny girl now roams the park on her own, ocationally making a few nests for herself to stay in and can make honey from those she store in a 'second' stomach, or simply by collecting nectar
