Physical Description: Baltimore could be considered muscular, to an extent, though most who would see him would say that he is more on the Strong Athletic side, having a good amount of muscle though looking like he could easily outrun most dangers in the wasteland. But his form also leading many to think he could also easily kill most of the dangers he would encounter.

Personality: Going on his looks, most would probably think that he is a sort of charismatic type, preferring to talk or bargain his way out of things if possible, instead of just instantly going for his weapons and trying to fight his way out. Besides, a man with large connections, tends to be a man to be trifled with.


His Story

Baltimore's story isn't different from most previous Vault-Dwellers, he was sent to a vault by the infamous Vault-tec. Until something forced him to go out into the wasteland, and in his case, it was boredom. Taking what he could, he could, he left the vault and headed into the wasteland, a place he felt was made just for him...
(("Why the short story?" You may ask, well, it's because I think it's more fun to learn it while RPing, actually having to go through getting to know him and other things before you unlock more of his story.))

Relationships

-After a meeting with Gallent within the park, Baltimore engaged him for a in a fight, intending to make the male a meal, but was defeated by a cut from a wind blade made by Gallent. Leaving the back of his ankles cut for his mutation to heal soon after the fight, the sergal too pained by the intense number of Rads currently coursing through him to follow after the male. But he vows to repay Gallent for him losing the fight. After having not seen him in a long time Baltimore has somewhat forgotten about him, and so no longer sees him as a challenge, for now at least.
