Balava

Balava Longshanks is five feet, nine inches (not counting the ears!) of thoroughbred rabbit-boy. A highschool senior, he's fairly well-known among those who follow the school sports for his speed on the track team. He's pretty good-looking in a lanky and athletic sort of way! Unfortunately, all this sometimes gets him attention he could do without....

See, being a demihuman rabbit, he's natural prey for a whole lot of his classmates. The sharkgirls on the swim team, the naga who teaches science, the dog-girl who sits behind him in homeroom, even the cheetahgirl who's head of the track team! On a straight run....she's faster than he is. And those are just some of the members of the opposite sex. He's had some (admittedly rather handsome) prettyboys of similar species show the same sort of interest in him. Okay, if they're fighting the instinct to eat him, that's understandable, but he gets confused when he contemplates what else they might be after.

On top of it all, he has to eat too. If pushed hard enough, gotten drunk enough at a party, or seduced well enough, he might just give in to trying some devouring of his own.

As much as possible he wears shorts, sneakers and a sleeveless shirt. It gives him freedom of movement, which he often seems to need. Mind, he isn't paranoid all the time, nor is he omniscient, and he does have.....to put it bluntly, the hormones of a teenage rabbit. But when startled or believing someone's out to get him, he can dash and turn on a dime, the latter of which often being what gets him away from his pursuers. Blue hair, aqua eyes, white ears and a tail that's more pointy than cottonpuff. He's probably got some hare in him.

His nickname is "Thumper" .....yeah, like out of Bambi.
