It reduces super effective attacks delt on me by 25%, increeses speed by 30%, All Damage dealt to others is increesed by 15%, reduces chances being caught by 10% effects masterball due to its ancient design.
and i hold a mighty piece of charcoal that boosts fire moves by 25%
