That's right, the Yu-gi-oh monster, Baby Dragon. This particular Baby Dragon's name is Grat. He was released from his card by some powerful magic: The dropped monster card was sucked into a portal to the park, but instead of just a card coming out of the other side, so did this little guy. He picked up the card, which was missing his picture, and he ate it. In such a way, he has kept it safe. Because of his young age, he tends to skip two letter words, and never uses possessive pronouns. Instead, he says "Grat's."
Because he is a Yu-gi-oh monster, he can use Yu-gi-oh card effects. All he has to do is eat the card and presto! Mostly useful for reforming prey.

Transformation to Thousand Dragon: Grat needs a polymerization (or equivalent card), A Time Wizard, and a Thousand Dragon. He only has Thousand Dragon, so you will need to get the other two cards for him.

No sexual stuff. He's a kid, you sickos!
