Autari

Autari, (aw-tar-ee) the Autumn Minish. A little guy, for sure, but don't immediately go thinking that he's normal minish size; he's not. He's 3 feet even. (91.44 cm) Who knows how he became kid-sized, but one thing's for sure.... he's a hungry boy! Maybe it was the upsizing, or maybe it's because he's given up hiding things for others to find... (YOU try secretly hiding something in a tuft of grass or such and not making it look obvious at his current size!) whatever the case, it turns out minish stomachs are rather noisy...
He naturally has the proportional strength of an ant his size. No "power bracelets" needed.
He has eaten a Jabber Nut to speak English, so you don't need to worry about that.
Also, he owns a pair of goggles he got from a Mountain Minish friend he once had and wears them from time to time.
He lives in a mushroom-shaped house in a forest where it's perpetually Autumn; simply BECAUSE he lives there. People call the forest "the Autumn Woods"
