Sticky Bliss: The Cockvore game
A simple dice-game for a bit of fun and random chance upon CVing a prey
Rules: Once the predator has gotten the prey in their sac the game begins. The objective for the prey is to escape the sac by hitting 100%, i.e making the pred orgasm, before the pred hits 100 and they become an orgasm!
Prey rolls a D20 for thier "Squirming/Pleasuring" for the turn.
Pred counter rolls a D20 for "resitance". If the prey wins their roll is added on to their escape %
To end the turn the pred rolls a D10 for Melting the prey.
If the prey reaches 100% "squirm" first, they go free, if the pred's melt coutner reaches 100%, the prey is cum.
Every roll the predator beats the prey they "recover" some and the prey loses 2% to their squirm counter

Modifiers:
If the prey rolls a nat 1 on their squirm the pred gets their melt roll doubled.
If the prey rolls a nat 20 they get a permanent +5, this can stack
If the pred rolls a nat 1 on resitance the prey's squirm is doubled
If the pred rolls a nat 20 on the resitance it cancels a nat 20 on a prey and the predator also recovers 5%; additionally if prey doesn't have +5 bonus, then pred will receive +3 till prey rolls nat 20.
If the pred rolls a nat 1 on melting the prey is not melted for that turn and regains 5 "solidness"
If the pred rolls a nat 10 on the melting roll they gain a permanent +2, this can stack (Will apply to nat 15/20 for alternate progressive digestion methods)
By default, predator will only use d10 throughout the game unless agreed upon by both players for progressive digestion. (Upon using progressive digestion, when the prey is at 50% melted the pred swaps to rolling a d15 for melting, and again to a d20 upon hitting 75%)
For every 20% melted a prey become, they take a -1 to all squirm rolls, as they "soften"

For some flavor in the game, enviromental (ie events in the rp) could benefit either prey or predator upon situation. (Optional)

Also, this doesn't have to primarily be just CV, it can be other vores too.

(Un)Lucky Ten

Roll 1d10 to set the first tier and determine how many extra rolls are going to follow. (!1d10: 3 – Tier 3)

Then roll 2d6 as many times as the first tier’s roll (d10 roll), each result adds to the current tier number. If the number is higher than 10, return to 1. Example below:
(2d6+3: 2 6 = 11), Tier 1;
(2d6+1: 3 1 = 5), Tier 5;
(2d6+5: 4 3 = 12), Tier 2;

After all the rolls were made, you add the tier numbers including the first together to equal how many days you are TEMPVORED.
(Tempvore duration = 3 + 1 + 5 + 2 = 11 Days)

However, I know you are wanting to know how PERMAVORE is involved. There are multiple ways, depending on how risky or safe you want to play.

Risky can be one of two ways: First is going by the original game where rolling a 10 on any of the tiers will result to a permavore. Second will be making the day limit of 15+ days will automatically result permavore.

Then for more safety for prey on permavore, I have different versions of days depending on how much you want to challenge the dice. However, we can discuss further details if you like to inquire or add details.

Also can just use the game to determine how long you are temporarily vored and gone too by just rolling up the days.

2. Bonuses/Penalties:

Pridefulness: Being very prideful has its ups and downs. When Atheixxa is held by her opponent she gains +2 to get control of her opponent. However if Atheixxa is holding her opponent, she is holding her head high and congratulating herself too much to even notice what is going on. -2 to rolls on holding her opponent.

Prideful Lust: Pride has a strong will in lust and sex. So all sex related moves are +2 if Atheixxa is the one preforming the move. If the opponent is preforming the move then Atheixxa receives -2 in her rolls.

3. Passive Traits:

Wings: Having wings is a blessing and curse, Atheixxa can use her wings to help her out of holds. +1 for escape from grapples. However the curse is it is a liability when the opponent starts a vore stage. -2 to rolls against voring.

Domination: Being bigger and stronger than normal hunter/predator and very lustful, his sexual acts get +2.

Demonic Aura: Being a demon, she gets demonic aura that build her strength up along with her allies. She gets +1 to grapples, reversals and moves while she gets +2 to all vore rolls.

No Right to Touch: When it comes to sexual, she hates it when anyone tries to use her in any way. So Atheixxa will do everything in her power to stop her opponent for having sex with her. +1 to resisting sexual moves from her opponents.

4. Active Traits:

Smack: A powerful butt smack of a dominate being! Opponent get -2 to any rolls against Atheixxa till you'll get control.

Oral Loving: Atheixxa treats her opponent to some oral attention. If she loses, her opponent gets a +5 on their next roll if they use that part of their body against her next roll. If she wins however, the effect varies depending on where she pleased them(all effects are doubled if she wins with a 20 on the dice or by 15+):
--Lips: A tender kiss, likely with some tongue, giving an opponent a penalty on their next 2 rolls equal to half the amount Atheixxa wins by.

Prideful Energy: (Can only use once every 5 turns) Atheixxa will release his energy of all the pride in the world to use as her strength. Atheixxa gains +2 to her rolls for 2 turns.


5. Finishers: (Once per match)

Prideful Piledriver: (After the opponent escapes the final stage of vore and is at stage 1 of the vore) Atheixxa will get determined to force her meal back to where they belong. She will fly high enough to just drop and use the ground to force them in fully. If Atheixxa wins the roll, she will force her opponent fully into the final stage of the vore they are in and stun them for 2 turns. However if the opponent wins the roll, they mess up Atheixxa's plan and make her spill the opponent fully out of the vore and is held by her opponent with 2 turns of being stunned.

Tail Lasher: (After 5 reversals from her opponent.) Atheixxa will use her tail to grab her opponent and shove them down into any vore she wants. There is an addition roll used for this after the activation roll. If Atheixxa wins the activation roll, she will roll the second one to determine how deep she pushed the opponent into her.
1 = Let's go before the vore. (Opponent is now holding)
2 - 11 = Stage 1 of all vores
