Personality: Astrol is very laid back, she is not one to ramble on all to much... unless its about a wish or to a friend then she talks alot, she also is very picky about granting wishes to certian people.

Backstory: Astrol is a jirachi and as the story with jirachi goes she grants wishes, but she only awakens every thousand years, but Astrol is differnt while yes she loves to sleep she is always one to wake to certian things, she is a very curious specimen as well due to her bring very picky about wishes, and is also known to be a trickster and will make people word wishes to not be what they truely want.
Astrol also has a human form she can take to blend in, but with her attire its hard to miss her~
