THE PREMISE:
You know those 'Ask ____' type tumblers, where you can submit a question to a character and they'll answer it? This is basically like that (minus the art, because I'm not an artist), you submit a question to one of the characters I have here and you'll get back a response.
I'll also post the response, either on here, or on some other page if this gets too unmanagable. It'll be
unless you give me permission to show your username.
I got this idea after a couple of RP's I had where the characters would recount tales of past vorish conquests, of the people that they met (and ate) and the interesting, extreme, or unusual acts they partook in. Doing that was fun, so I thought maybe I could make a profile that was essentially nothing but that sort of thing.
HOW THIS WORKS, tl;dr VERSION: Pick out a character below, send a question to that character by pub-mailing this profile. Any question at all! It can be personal, can be vore-related or not, can be something mundane or can be completely out of left field.

CHARACTERS:
Aves Chef_Birdy Hearthwing: A cooking/vore teacher at Predation_Academy.
Mayven_Hearthwing: Younger sister of Aves. An up and coming predator, already with a couple of impressive kills to her name.
Leo Leonine (Mr. Leonine): Vice Principal at Predation_Academy.
Princess Celestia and/or Princess Luna (Princess_Sisters): The two ruling princesses of Equestria, in a slightly altered canon where alicorns are carnivorous in a world where other ponies are mostly herbivorous.
August and September Calendar: Twin foxtaur brothers. Tend to get up to the sort of mischief that several other furs inside one or the other or both.

This profile is still a work in progress. I've got more ask-able predators to add, and need to flesh out their profiles on here more.

Questions Answered:
I've heard about prey cooking a few times, and have always wondered how it worked. How do they prey stay alive during the cooking process, and how do you deal with/stop the pain?
Hi ! Thank you for the question!
If you want to talk realistically, well, prey typically don't live through the full cooking process. The process that turns 'raw meat' into 'cooked meat' also invariably turns 'living flesh' into 'dead flesh'.
So if you want to get prey living through the process then there's three methods I've found:
A. Don't cook them that much. Use an oven on a 'keep warm' setting that's not any worse than an overclocked tanning bed, or a stewpot that's below boiling, or something along those lines. Get them all nice and hot, get those sauce flavors sealed in, then pull them out and consume as normal.
B. Ignore realism. Get cooked well-done from head to talon and still be able to think and look around and feel things.
C. Accept that no, your prey is not going to be alive when you pull them out of the oven, and instead focus on having more fun beforehand. Stuffing, saucing, tying them down, that sorta thing. I've had people who don't want to go through with the actual cooking thing and just want to do the foodplay parts, and that's just as hot I think.
As for the second half of your question, again there are a couple of options. There's medication that'll dull the pain or turn the sensations into pleasurable ones (These may or may not be realistic if you care about that) or you can just find ways of dealing with it. At Proper Predation Academy we teach several classes on pain management techniques, which are my preferred method if you're anticipating going under the chef knife to be a recurring thing.
So I hope that answers your questions. If you're still curious then feel free to ask more.
