Being half-incubus bites, it bites hard, this is something that Ashley firmly believes. So why does he dislike being an incubus? Well where does he start?! It makes trying to attend college a real pain in the ass. All he wants to do is finish his major in chemistry and get a good research position, but that incubus blood of his keeps trying to make him focus more on biology!

Now don't take this the wrong way, Ashley's not a total buzzkill, he likes to party, to hang out, to go out to clubs and dance the night away, and has sometimes used his rather alluring charm to sneak into the more adult clubs without an ID and get some drinks, but he's not a pervert, or at least he doesn't want to be a pervert, he sort of doesn't have a choice in the matter. If he dresses in clothes that make it clear he's a guy, he looks like a slutty guy who's showing off the goods, if he dresses in something more modest, he looks like a nice, cute girl who just seems strangely alluring, and every guy in the club trips over each other to try and drag him off to a backroom or hotel! It makes trying to live the party life really hard, and so while he loves to go clubbing or party, he's generally pretty wary of offers to go or new clubs, since well, even if they aren't full of perverts, they will be if they spend enough time around him.

Alas he does need some release, he learned years ago, much to his chagrin, that if he didn't find some way to let off steam, he'd sort of...black out, and wake up either surrounded by people passed out from too much sex, or with his body starting to shrink down from suspicious bulges filling it. Somehow she encountered an incubus, and seemingly a doozy of an incubus too judging by just how easy it is for people to lose their sense of decency if they spend a bit of time around Ashley. Maybe he just showed up because he liked how free and loose she was, maybe she somehow got into some cult like ritual without realizing it because she was too much of a ditz. Either way, a one night stand happened, she was lucky enough to survive, and nine months later, Ashley popped out.

HIs mother's carefree, not exactly A grade parenting, attitude, might explain why he dislikes perverts so much, and doesn't want to have sex all the time, but still likes parties. Either way he was fortunate enough to also be pretty smart on top of that and did his best in life, school was not easy with his aura, the teachers had to take special measures for him, fortunately the world is open enough, what with lamia, great anthropomorphic sharkes, wolves, foxes, and whatever the hell else, and all kinds of things, that they were able to take such measures and get him an education. He was even able to get some nifty scholarships and went off to college, so here he is.
