In some vast desert far away there lies a tall mountain. It is known as the Scorching mountain.
A very hard mountain to hike up as being in the middle of a desert the temperatures are hot even higher up the mountain.
Not to mention the occasionally sandstorms howling blasting the mountain with sand. As a result its more sand then snow covered.
The howling winds aso make simply flying up the mountain very hard as well you likely plummet down if you tried.
However as hard as reaching the peek might be. According to legends there is one person that makes her home there.
Someone with very large wings and equally large body and assumed to resemble a harpy albeit a giant one.
The evidence for someone being on the mountain is that sometimes mostly on weekends Folk music and other types can be heard
By anyone that are in the valley or the foot of the mountain maybe there is even a village there.

That how legends go about the giant harpy known as aryel. As for the girl herself well..
Her parents where a male harpy and a mini dark skinned giantess from a desert town basically a gerudo.
The pairing resulted in a rather larger then normal harpy egg. Which eventually hatched the baby being of course Aryel
She grew up as a bit of on outcast being as large as an adult harpy as a teenager made school very...weird.
Eventually growing up to be the same height as her mother this resulted in a drastic change how people view her.
