Backstory
Yumi Picco is a State Alchemist, she is only five years into the program and is a general. She is a natural at water alchemy and thus they nicknamed her, the Aqua Alchemist. She worked alongside many famous alchemists such as Alex Louis Armstrong, Roy Mustang, and Edward Elric himself. She was supposed to board the train to a coal mining town in the desert and start her mission of inspecting towns for uprisings and riots, but arrived at Nexus Station in Nexus City, where she has made a home and new life for herself.
