MiyamotoNagisa adopted the kitten, bought from a store and claimed as her own. Her soul belongs to her owner, and she can do whatever she likes to the cat, who is very happy with her owner!

Description
Full of energy and borderline annoying in her optimism and zest for life, Annalaise isn't one to take things slow or dwell much upon any one thing for too long a time. Her attention span is rather short, and she is prone to do whatever whims catch her fancy at the moment, though is emphatic and sensitive enough to other's feelings that she wouldn't try to do something that would outright hurt others. Not intentionally anyway.

Born to a stray cat, she was nevertheless picked up and swiftly adopted by a loving family for several years. Their positivism and energy rubbed off greatly on her, and the feline was quite happy living and loving her adopted family till well within her teenage years.

Tragedy struck when a stray fire caught hold in the house itself, burning down both the house and killing the entire household save for Annalaise herself. The kitten had managed to escape it while staying overnight at the veterinary.

Their deaths affected the feline deeply, and after a brief period of severe depression, she snapped out of it while combing through what meager belongings they had left behind for her. She promised to keep what she had learned from them, to remain positive no matter what.

Since then, she has survived mostly by bunking into the friends she had acquired from her years living in the neighbourhood. Some feel sorry for her loss, while others simply appreciate her company. She has taken pains to learn some skills to allow herself to survive on her own should their generosity run out, but is for now fairly content and stable.
