Cause: A "Malfunctioning" Haydee Unit (Fat_Haydee)
DGN Warehouse footage & Haydee diagnostics shows the following:
• Miss Ashton breaches numerous security & safety protocols.
• The untrained Warehouse Assistant approaches a still active but unmoving Haydee Unit.
• Noticing the Haydee unit had stored excess amounts of converted biomass, Miss Ashton makes a physical examination of the model.
• The still active Haydee unit forces the staff member between its Lower-Body Counterweight devices and into its Waste-Biomass-Disposal shaft.
• At this point all traces of Miss Ashton vanish, the Haydee unit's Unprocessed-Biomass-Weight value increases by 70kg/155lbs.
• The Haydee unit's biomass conversion chamber would fill with a blue tinted processing liquid which would splash and coat the employee as the time remaining for the conversion to complete ould be shown on a monitor nearby.

• Within 60 seconds the majority of Miss Ashton's biomass had been claimed by the unit, adding her form to it's own excess biomass storage reserves.
• With 30 seconds remaining until Miss Ashton was completely converted, log files show that a blockage had formed within the Haydee unit causing a mass disposal initiative to begin.
• All processed and unprocessed biomass within the Haydee unit was forced out of the Waste-Biomass-Disposal shaft and into a pre-designated refuse bin.
• Due the sheer size and and number of meals the Haydee unit had claimed, the bin easily filled and the remaining biomass including what was left of Miss Ashton spilled onto the floor.
• Some time later, technicians would stumble onto the scene and attempt to save the 1/5th of what was left of Miss Ashton, this would invlove installing entirely new hardware, in order to bring back what little remained of the Employee.
