Appearance
Andrew is quite large as far as anacondas go, some would say he is a giant anaconda and the top of the food chain. This reptile isn't totally stupid, and knows far better. For something larger he's just a long scaly noodle with another squirming yummy inside.

Intelligence
Andrew is actually quite smart, able to solve simple puzzles and work simple machines from doorknobs to flipping or pushing a switch or mimicking the motions of others for something more complex. He lacks the ability to speak normally, though those who are of the reptilian type may hear his feral snake hisses as some form of speech, dragon's included.

Abilities/Powers
Andrew is only semi-magical; he can cast the most simple forms of magic and even then they require a large amount of effort on his part including large amounts of motion and hissing. More of his 'powers' come from natural abilities such as natural camouflage among greens and browns.

The ability he prides himself on is his hypnotic stair; any being that stairs too long at his eyes he can try to force his will upon. He can turn it on and off at his will but if they lock eyes with him for much longer than five seconds, he could easily control them. Usually he'll use this for capturing prey, but sometimes they come to him willingly, and sometimes he doesn't even want to eat them.

Natural Defenses
Even though he has some magical power to him, Andrew's magical defense are, for lack of better words, non-existent. But while he can't defend against magical attacks, his body is almost totally designed to fight of physical assault from most beings. His scales have hardened over the years to be akin to steel, and interlink with each other similar to chainmail, yet they don't make any noise when moving. Their also able to repel electricity to some extent, though extremely high voltage will cut through it, most things short of running into a substation will have little effect on him.

He also can burst into incredible displays of speed for short amounts of time. Even while lugging his large size, his bursts of speed have saved him more than once. Their only draw back is that it exerts him a good deal, and can even cause him to become disoriented if he does so for too long.
