Ameko and Purin are a pair of amoebagirl twins...though that's not difficult to imagine, considering how most amoebas reproduce through splitting.
Standing about five feet in height...both are identical, of course...the amoebagirls have 'hair' down to the smalls of their backs and rather sizeable busts. The only real way to tell them apart is to ask them which is which. Or, you could observe their personal preferences. Ameko likes to give herself an oversized belly and have people snuggle it lest it consume them...Purin prefers for them to pamper her breasts.
The duo loves to cuddle with cute things...although cuddling with them usually ends up getting them stuck pretty fast in the girl's bodies. They commonly team up on their 'prey', since they're easily able to sort out what part goes to which girl after the fact.
Absorption comes during or after the cuddling...particularly cute or sweet people will be spared, but you really have to make them like you to end up more than an amoebameal. ^^ Of course, they don't always cuddle prey...if someone blunders right into one of them, they'll gladly accept the meal. Rarely do they actually go hunting...it's better to let something come investigate, then amoebasnuggle them. After a warm amoebasnuggle, few things ever escape...^^
The struggling of their prey tends to worsen the situation, too...thrashing about in a mass of goo doesn't get you out any quicker.
They'll roleplay with anyone! But...they'll not cuddle just anyone. 'Cute' is up to their interpretation, and it's unlikely that anything furry or scaly fits into the definition of cute. A furry or scaly critter might get some amoebagoo spat at them, but no snuggles. ^^
Because they're literally giant amoeba girls, they're still single-celled in regards to body structure, so they're quite resilient.
Their moldable protoplasmic bodies allow them to do quite a few types of vore, allowing them to absorb their prey in a multitude of methods, though the prey always ends up in their tummies. Methods include:
Hair vore - Their 'hair' extends and wraps around the prey, engulfing them in a goo-cocoon.
Breast vore - Victims are pulled in through the large, moldable nipple of one of their breasts and stored inside for a bit.
Cleavage vore - Prey is sucked into the space between the girls' breasts and tugged into their belly.
Tongue vore - The girls' place a large amount of their substance in their tongues, making them oversized... then, they shoot them at their prey and wrap them up tight.
Absorption - The prey is sucked directly into their bodies, usually through the surface of one of the girls' tummies, though it can also be through the breasts. This is the most common type, and they always love to try new variations on it.
Snuggle Blobs - This was Ameko's idea. Purin is usually too embarassed to resort to this because of the name. Ameko will toss a large chunk of herself at an intended victim, usually if they're scared or fleeing. The blob will wrap them up and massage them ruthlessly, holding them in place.
Because they rarely have legs, they can't do any sort of unbirthing in most cases, though they'd be willing to try. They'll not do any other type.
Other notes:
They're very heavy and sticky...they can turn off the stickiness, but they'll still be very heavy and shapeless, so it's difficult for others to move them about. Due to their weight, it's even difficult for THEM to move about...at least, walking. Oftimes, they'll be amoebagoo from the waist-down and just slither about that way.
Ameko and Purin are. Not. Digestible. You can try to eat them all you want, but they're coming out one way or another, and if you eat them against their will they're likely to burn their way out.
