History
From a young age Amanda was always a bit of a tom boy as well as a smarty pants. In school she excelled early on in both gym class as well as Chemistry.
She worked out, excelled in wrestling and weight lifting. By college she was competing in weight lifting events and winning awards and making a name for herself. Aside from sports, she also excelled in chemistry. In a world awash in Steroids and chemical boosters to make people even stronger, she studied chemistry for more intense ways of improving her own body. No method was considered too far for her, power was everything.

After graduating, her career in weightlifting soared, lifted somewhat by various chemical concoctions of her own design. But age caught up with her, by 35, younger competitors where already making ready to surpass her. Rather then compete in categories with older women, she retired and went back to college. The real reason of course was her growing obsession with creating chemicals to increase her strength. During research, she discovered that the chemicals she already had taken had made her sterile, crushing her hopes of having children.

The discovery of "The Chemical"

One day everything change when she uncovered research for a chemical that would drastically increase someone’s strength, it seemed to have mind-altering properties that could affect others and was labeled as un-ethical. Amanda had no such concerns and took the data and continued to work.
She realized with some changes, the chemical wouldn't just make her stronger, but put others into a hypnotically suggestive state. With it she would be able to have true power over others.

Graduating with a doctorate, she went to work at a wealthy boys school while she quietly perfected her recipe.
