Aliya

Aliya is the halfbreed daughter of Aloo and Axion, having many of the same talents, but none of the control whatsoever.

She has the physical appearance of an infant anthro fox, with orange fur and white markings. Her eyes are a bright electric blue color.

She produces a bio-luminescent vapor which has properties in common with both fire and electrical energy, but these effects seem to be selective and random. Sometimes it's just a colored mist, sometimes it causes electrical devices to explode.

The vapor changes color based on her emotions. Most of the time it is blue, but turns green when she is especially happy.

She has absolutely no conscious control of her power, but it is strongly linked to her emotional state.
