Summary: Tween/teenage human girl with a near-bottomless appetite.

On the surface, Alexa Janssen seems like a normal tween, and in most ways she is. She goes to school, plays soccer, gossips with her friends, obsesses over movie stars and boy bands, the whole nine yards. She looks pretty darn normal, too, standing a hair under 5 feet tall and weighing a smidge less than 100 pounds, with fair skin, hazel-colored eyes, and slightly more than shoulder-length blonde hair, usually worn down. But Alexa has a little quirk about her - okay, maybe more than a little quirk. You'd never know it from just looking at her, but the girl's got a seemingly bottomless capacity for food.

Even in a world where feasting on one's peers is commonplace, young Alexa has an exceptionally-large appetite. The expression "I'm so hungry, I could eat a horse," is often said in jest, but not in Alexa's case: the girl has the rare ability to eat, and eat, and just keep eating. While she could survive perfectly well on normal-sized portions, and even feel fine doing so, she's fond of stuffing herself silly. And I do mean silly: stacks of pizzas, whole roasted hogs, entire holiday feasts, upwards of 40 cakes, and, of course, other people, and then wash it all down with several liters of soda. She could indeed finish off a half-ton race horse without breaking a sweat, if she really wanted to. The girl does have an upper limit, but the jury's still out on whether it's a physical limit or she's decided she's done eating. A single burger and a side of fries would be enough to sate her hunger, but where's the fun in that?

She's a frequent and practiced predator as well: whether it be classmates for lunch at school (or a snack between periods), party games gone wrong right, voracious games of tag (or its swimming variant 'shark'), or any number of situations for the girl to snack on her peers. Anyone that spends an extended amount of time around Alexa definitely puts themself at risk of being devoured like nothing more than a ham sandwich. Given the opportunity, she likes to spice her meals up with toppings or condiments, or include them in the massive dishes she's fond of devouring.

Given all that Alexa eats, it's a small miracle that she hasn't ballooned to the size of a whale. In fact, she hardly puts on any weight at all from her massive feasts. She can and has gorged herself on ten times her body weight and only gained a few measly pounds when it's all said and done, weight that's quickly burned off with physical activity. No one's really sure why, either. Instead of weight, everything she devours seems to manifest as a practical fountain of energy for the girl, and she's quite athletic as a result. If she's not weighed down from a feast, she can seemingly exert herself almost endlessly in physical activity. Soccer's her favorite sport (though she has to promise to not devour the other team during a match), but she's equally at home running on a track or cross-country, as well, and she rarely seems to tire while doing either. She might not be the fastest sprinter out there, but she's definitely got more endurance than most her age. Of course, all that physical activity can really work up a girl's appetite, and then we're back at square one.
