Aelethia is not a good person. She suffered in her younger years from humans who were jealous of her family's posessions, from the beauty that ran in her family which her mother and sisters shared, to the magic potential of her as a person. Scorn followed her, and a jealous god cursed her family on her aunt's side for being far too beautiful "for her own good". As such, Aelethia left at a young age to go live on her own and seek her own power. She vowed to get revenge on the humans who made her life so difficult. This desire for revenge caused her to grow a gradually increasing sense of sadism toward them. She knows what she's doing is wrong but doesn't care.

Lethi, for short, knew that aiming to defeat the god who cursed her aunt would be too lofty a goal, so decided to keep her goals hidden. As such, because frustrations built up as a result of her inability to truly achieve her vengeance, she took increasing amounts of pleasure from sadistic actions toward the humans. She'd manipulate them with powerful sorcery and hypnosis, fight those who attempted to hunt her down, and enjoy eating the ones who fail by devouring them whole and alive, trapping them in her belly to slowly and gradually digest over a long period of time...and she found it therapeutic. She loved it, and because her magical abilities were so incredibly powerful, even well practiced mages wouldn't be able to stop her.

As time went on she felt she was doing the world a favor, anyway. Her desire for vengeance toward cruel humans turned her even more mean. Her power has dramatically increased, and she continues to pursue her goals, enjoying herself as she subjugates her prey. Currently, due to her water affinity, she has taken and spruced up a rundown water temple into her home.

After taking command of the temple, she has turned it into a home, a laboratory, and a fortress. She focuses on amplifying her power, and renaming herself "Lestethene" based from an old dialect she learned from her books, as it refers to her ideal of bringing justice through vengeance. Her ability to breathe underwater as a water-lamia further increases her capabilities and her use of the underwater temple-fortress.

TL;DR :
In short, she causes death and suffering and enjoys causing it - which makes her a psychopath. She has it out for humans, which also makes her a racist. She knows what she does is wrong and doesn't care, but that still means she has feelings. She wont seek revenge to a god because she knows her own limits, and she's an incredibly powerful sorceress - which makes her dangerous and lethal.

As a scene idea, she could simply be a predator hiding in the wilderness, powerful but unknown. She could also be using power to rule over a part of the world. She could also be a travelling sorcerer adventuring to seek power, but one with a terrifying reputation. If your RP requires a villain(ess) I would be happy to oblige.
