Forty Thousand years in the future, the God Emperor of Earth ruled his empire with an iron fist, with nearly every human in the Galaxy worshiping his name. Of course there are always threats, from outside and inside. Cults would turn the great Emperors followers into mindless zombies ready for alien invasion from outside the empire.

Over a million worlds, the Adeptas Astartes, the Space Marines destroy all threats coming from outside the empire. Inside the empire, however, a different force keeps order. The Inquisition questions all of humanity, making sure their thoughts, wants and desires all match up with those of the Emperor himself. Any thought of the Emperors failure, any learned knowledge unapproved by the inquisition are all rooted out, destroyed with cleansing flame. It is the Inquisition alone who passes all knowledge to the populace of all of man's world's. The inquisition is never afraid to over throw a government silence someone with a quiet bullet, torture a confession from a proscribed “innocent.” Of course, there are always situations which require a more... militaristic approach. Situations like that call for the Adeptas Sororitas, the Sisters of Battle, the Daughters of the Emperor.

The Sisters of Battle have long served the Inquisition since its founding nearly 4,000 years ago. They have become as versitle as the human hand, as varied as the swiss army knife, posses the Universe's greatest minds and most talented women, and are as deadly as a blade. Each sister belongs to an individual order which has their own name, as well as a specific specialty: Fighting, Medicine, translating, and serving the households of the Imperium nobles. There are others, of course, such as the Order of the Eternal Gate, whose sole ability is the recovery of ancient artifacts.

  the living saint comes down onto the battlefield in a glorious light, akin to the god emperor himself. For a sister to see her, is to see the emperor himself.
  
  
  
• Sisters Repentia
  
  
  
  • the sisters repentia are armed with an Eviscarator, an chainsword so massive that it can only be wielded by both hands. Convicted of crimes against the emperor, they are driven to use their lives to destroy their enemy in the game of the god Emperor.
    
  
  
• Dominion Squad
  
  
  
  • Specialists in close range combat, bearing weapons such as storm bolters, flamers, and melta guns. Their armor is built around a fast ground speed, entering and fighting where the seraphim cannot. They are often armed with bolters, but have been known to wield shotguns and rocket launchers.
    
  
  
• Battle Sister Squad
  
  
  
  • Basic unit of the Adepta Sororitas. They are armed with a variety of weapons. They are armed with a Boltgun, or a Bolt pistol and a close combat weapon. The battle sisters are taken from missions and placed into combat training, taught the divinity of the emperor. From there, those that are truly free of sin are moved up through the ranks, while the sinners are moved into the Sisters Repentia, or placed in a Penitent Engine.

  • A tank common throughout the empire, this massive tanks had two side hatches and a rear ramp, along with a dome allowing two sisters to fire from within. It is armed with a storm bolter, with the possibility of two extra side weapons. It is capable of transporting 12 sisters at 70 kph onroad, or 55 kph offroad. While the sisters use immolators, the Rhino tanks currently under the sisters command were taken from the Imperial Guard.

  • A heavy tank armed with a Flame Thrower, with the possibility of Heavy bolters or Multi Meltas. This tank is able to transport 6 sisters of battle. It has a top speed of 70kph on road,and 55 kph off road. Unique to the sisters, the immolator looks similar to the rhino, except for the addition of a twin mounted flamer, or Multi-Melta cannon.

  • A heavy tank that offers long range support using a group of organ style missile tubes. It is capable of moving at 72 kph on road, or 55 kph off road. The Exorcist is a machine that is lost in time, barely understood by the tech-priests who are assigned to care for it. Each machine is a work of art, individually created and formed. The machine is based off of the rhino, except for several cannons arranged like organ pipes located in the back. It provides long range artillery support for the Sisters of Battle.

  • An APC armed with a storm bolter, and a pintle mounted flamer, and a bulldozer in front this variant of the rhino is also outfitted with slots in the back. It operates at the same speed and capacity of the regular rhino.
    
  
  
• Penitent Engine
  
  
  
  • A large walker that carries a single Female into battle. Armed with a buzz saw and a flamer, this unit charges into battle, moving straight into the thick of the enemy combatants, their life's sacrifice their only salvation.
    
  
  
• Valkyrie
  
  
  
  • While not part of the sisters usual repertoire, the Valkyrie originated from the Imperial guard. The airship is capable of flying in 12 troops at a single time, in addition to providing air support in the form of drop troops, and a heavy missile attack.
    
  
  

Notable Sisters

Celestine the Living saint
Celestine is the most revered woman in the order, her powers coming from the emperor himself. It is said that she hears the emperor's holy voice, her battle prowess, second to none, her weapon and battle armor holy artifacts unto themselves. Her presence on the battle field inspires the sisters to feel no fear, and to fight with untold strength.

Dalisei
Dalisei is the chief operations officer in the Order of the Bloody Rose. She will orchestrate all communications between the Sisters of Battle, and current Earth. Of course, talking with as many heretics as the park contains is not without its dangers, as Dalisei finds her mind open more and more to the dark secerets of the universe.

Current Story.

A ship from The Order of the Bloody Rose answered a distress call from the Emperor's Fist. The order arrived only to find that the vessel had been taken over by Janice and was on its way to pick up more condemned crew. The ship responded, only to be taken out from the chase by Janice's ruinous powers. Soon, orders came down from the Emperor to track down and destroy the demon at all costs. By the Order of the Emperor, the sisters quickly reinforced their numbers with equipment from the Space Marines, as well as equipment as well as members and equipment from a nearby Imperial Guard Unit. With the help of the Mechanus supplying knowledge of time travel and arcane equipment, the Adeptas Sororitas follow Janice through time and space, engaging the demonic succubi again and again, until she falls, or they do.
