As a Demon Prince, Adelheid Rosenhein Diskenth is very professional and dilligent in his duties because to him, the well being of those under him take precedense over anything else. While depicting a calm and careful front, Adelheid is also known for his exasperated outbursts, usually stemming from his general hatred of being mocked or teased. He is also uncharacteristically naive at times, prone to easily believe a lie if it comes from a person he would otherwise completely trust.
Being the youngest heir to the Diskenth bloodline along with his older brother, Adelheid was groomed from a very young age to act as the perfect right hand to his Netherworld's king. As such, he was trained from a very young age in Swordfighting, Mannerisms, Cooking, Horseback Riding and Ballroom Dancing. Ideally, he would have grown up to be the perfect assistant with this upbringing. Unfortunately, The death of the current overlord set the entire netherworld spiralling into chaos. With no one to take the throne aside from the Overlord's inexperienced son, it quickly became apparent that the entire Netherworld was going to be taking a turn for the worse.
The new overlord was cruel, hedonistic, and greedy. A far cry from his father before him and an unwelcome change. It wasn't long before his incessant debauchery had forced the hand of Adelheid's father, who was acting as his current advisor. Instead of heeding the experienced advice to cease his self indulgent ways, The overlord instead furiously sentenced the entire Diskenth family to death!
Still quite young at the time, Adelheid lacked the ability to defend himself against the legions of the demons that arrived at his family's estate. In a stroke of luck, he was able to barely escape with his life at the price that both his father and older brother perished in the tragedy. The deaths of Alaster and Abel Diskenth was the spark need that finally ignited the flames of revolution.
Several centuries had passed since then and Adelheid, as an adult was the one who was able to finally break the cycle of violence. After countless years of fighting, Adelheid had confronted the monster that was responsible for the utter chaos. Without any regrets, Adelheid had slain the Overlord and as was the tradition, he was honorbound to take his place. The transition from Warlord to Demon Prince was a confusing one for a time. He didn't know the first thing about being a ruler. However, being that he couldn't possibly refuse his new position, Adelheid made a promise to never show the same selfish traits displayed by the previous overlord. An odd promise from a demon, but one that he intended on keeping no matter what.
