While being a predator meant their were many legal ways to partake in actions that would most likely be seen as "illicit or illegal" there were still a few predators who had managed to venture into darker territories and gain wealth and power through dubious means. One of the most successful was Mandy Monroe, who's criminal empire has exploded within the past few years. Her underground business ventures include but are not limited to; kidnappings, murder for hire, illegal sale of prey, and drug production among many other illicit activities. With a stranglehold on the black markets in nearly every major city she may very well be the last predator anyone would want to cross. As for Mandy herself her personality matches her occupation, her treatment of prey considered near barbaric even from some of the most staunch pro-pred lawmakers in the world. Some of her closest associates swear they've never seen her without a future snack whimpering on her belly or even a bulging squirmy belly itself. Mandy is about as anti-prey as it comes viewing them as nothing more than merchandise she can make a buck off and her favorite pastime is sampling her own merchandise.
