- Near limitless arsenal of spell casting abilities - After about 5000 years in an empty void, one has to do something to keep themselves sane, so Xala practiced her magick and eventually invented new spells on her own. Still, she's no god, so she can't exactly warp all of reality, just the reality around her. Think of Jesus, but as a bad guy. :P
- Stone Cold Stare - She can turn you to stone or paralyze you with her stare. She's part Basilisk after all. Although, you'll be fine unless she seriously wants to do this to you. Being part human, this ability isn't as strong. Intense eye contact will make your limbs go numb. If she keeps staring you down after this, then you'll slowly turn to stone. Looking at her on a normal day though, eye contact won't kill you so long as she isn't mad.
- Soul Eater - She can devour your soul and use it to fuel her powers. She gains weight from it, but she can use your soul's energy so long as it is easy to refine. Don't worry, if a scrap of your soul is left (the harder stuff to refine) then you will reform as you were. It might take a few months, but you'll be back. If she really hates you though, then she'd do it. However, fully digesting a soul hurts her stomach, so it is saved for those she really dislikes.
- Transformation - Anyone she eats and absorbs part of their soul, she can imitate their body and personality.
