Appearance: This bizarre creature is something that hasn't been seen outside its own world before, the first to 'leak' to any other dimension for any reason, let alone Nexus. Tsuki looks like some kind of dragon anthro-mermaid creature. Her entire body is scaled, though they are soft like a fish's, but she has slit pupils, a dragon-like muzzle, and a well defined body, even her lower half. She's about sixteen feet long from snout to tail end, and powerfully made despite her frame obviously having been built for grace. She has a long fin-like webbing moving from the top of the back of her neck, all the way down her spine to the where her tail spreads into a dolphin tail. Her fingers have webbing between as well, and her shoulders are designed to fold inward against the rest of her to decrease any extra resistance they might otherwise impose when swimming, and the only 'clothing' she wears is long strings of some kind of tough water plant that she twined together and strapped around her chest. The most 'magical' feature she has, though, is her eyes. Not only are they a very deep blue instead of yellow, but even outside of the water her irises seem to constantly be flowing like a windblown water surface. In addition to this, they glow an eerie white when there is little light around her.
That isn't the end to her oddities though. Of course there are minor other things about her outside, but another of her most intriguing features is the glow her insides give off, similar to that of her eyes. The inside of her maw, her tongue, her throat, and her stomach all have a white glow as well, plenty enough to read a book by.

Biography: Tsuki isn't quite sure how she got here, but she's already liking it more than where she had been before. She is the only of her kind to have ever 'leaked' from her own world, let alone the only one to arrive at Nexus. Her old world is one in which her kind is hunted by the more 'civilized' races of the world. it isn't a vendetta or a fear, but they are prized as trophies of strength despite governments' attempts to aid them in protecting themselves. Like poachers, many decide the incredible power of her kind is worth it for the prestige that comes with survival; something likely when hunting the water creatures in large groups. She, herself, had been attacked by such a group and had been quite injured before she was suddenly embraced by a light. When she came to again she was washed up by an unknown lake with a human leaning down over her. Her immediate action was to lash out and wrap her long tail around him before noticing the bandages... Releasing him she allowed him to continue helping her and explain to her where she is. Now, a few weeks later, she has only ever seen the human - eventually finding out he had been named Tyler - and they are now close friends, her living in this new lake and enjoying the lack of any people hunting her.

Personality: Despite her 'ragged' past she tries her best to be a considerate person, whether that constitutes kind or not. She knows enough not to generalize, so while she still generally fears humanoids still she doesn't blame them for her background at all. Being a magical creature, and one as large as she is, she would participate as what she now knows as 'vore' in her last world, and even more happily goes along with it here, though the only one she's ever let inside so far (obviously) is Tyler. He tells her that many here enjoy being eaten like he does, but she isn't sure that makes any sense... However, despite all this, she is strangely playful, naive, and curious (not in an extreme or stereotyped way though); an interesting addition to this is that she 'explores' with her mouth. This means she identifies new things with licks, bites, and/or swallows.

Abilities:
-So far the comparatively young creature of her kind only knows of two abilities that she possesses: She has a selection of alterations she can use (essentially spells but based off the concept that she can force the universe to bend to her will; doesn't mean this is anything ridiculously power though. Lighting a camp fire with nothing is an example of bending reality), and that she can change her form. However, for one reason or another, she can only ever change into other creatures that she's had some extended interaction with. So far her favorites are a fox anthro, a anthro dragon, and a feral dragon. People she had met in her own world.
-One last detail that she herself doesn't much consider an ability is that she has a voice like that which inspired the tales of Sirens.
----In addition to this natural talent and consistent practice has made her an amazing singer.
