Who is the Administrator? Most people don't even have the slightest idea, nor know she exists. Behind her various facades she pulls the strings behind various organizations and clubs, making them seem harmless and friendly when really they take people against their will and torture them, sexually and not.
Why? Because it turns her on.
When she's not at work and 'reviewing' her tapes, she could just be like any normal person. You could bump into her at the supermarket, or at that all-you-can-eat Chinese buffet and you would have no idea that she just watched several women eaten at her command. People claim to be friends with her but they can't seem to agree on her name. All that they can agree on is that she is a tall redhead with glasses.
Out of her job, though, she is a slave to her own desires. Frequently she will call up people offer a certain kind of service. As much as she enjoys seeing bad things happen to other people, she enjoys things happening to herself that might not be as fortunate. One can expect to see someone leave her suite every morning, whether with or without her.
The best part about working alone is that no one can see how messy you are from the night before, no matter how hard you try and clean up.
