Like most little dogs, Petey's life began as a small puppy born in the middle of scenic rural Nowhere where corn stalks grew high and rolling hills and plains became boring to look at after you drive past a couple everyday on a ride to Elementary school. Still, he was a healthy, happy little dogs who spent his formative years a bit too excited, but either way he wasn't too much of a bother if you didn't mind the little guy humping your leg every time you came over for sugar.

Fast forward to twenty years later. Petey, now a product of higher education, is kicked out of his home town to go look for work in a slightly bigger and more barren town. And in those twenty years he has not lost one ounce of the energy he's somehow kept inside him, like he's powered by a little sun. He quickly found work in Reicho_Kuneho's apartment complex as a janitor and assistant of sorts.

But it seems that his job hunting was a bit too successful and he's found himself employed in every little position that could possibly need filling, from the bagger at the local grocery store to the guy who fixes tables that have a leg that's just a little shorter than the others. Still, his outgoingness, friendliness, and energy are not diminished under his mountain of work, though he can be quite naive at times.
