Dragons, ancient, powerful beasts that hoard treasures, breathe fire, and steal princesses. Some are full-blooded bests, immense leviathans of the sky that can rip through flesh and steel with ease. Others are humanoid, smaller, but no less dangerous, able to dart around at lightning speed to bring down all who oppose them. Guarding their caves jealously, they live alone, curled up in the darkest depths of the earth, with naught but their treasure with them.

Orchid thinks that is a load of crap. How will she check her Facebook that far down? Caves are dark and dreary, why not live in a house like a normal person? And hey, put that sword away, you're going to break something!

Orchid... isn't quite like a normal dragon. She acts far more like just a human, with draconic features and abilities. Granted, she does love to hoard things, gets angry when those things are damaged or stolen, and lives alone... but she does enjoy making friends, being with others, and relaxing in the sun. She's just a normal gal... if normal gals were five metres tall, had dragon bits, and had a ton of gold in their basement.

Orchid is a bit reclusive, but does enjoy company, particularly if you manage to get into her heart as a friend. She's caring and kind, provided you don't make a move for her gold, and will happily spend time with friends. However, anyone who tries to rob her will be met with a decidedly draconian approach: rape, then being devoured.

She likes to receive her namesake, also.
