She was the little sister to the succubus
Imielle, same mother but different fathers. While Imielle's father was a human, giving her a closer desire for human companions, Kiras' was a demon too. As such, Kiras is more tuned to her darker side. She thrives on fear where her sister fed from sex, and theres no better way to cause fear than to devour. To make people watch their friends meet their end, or simply sending a person to oblivion.
She does recognise however the benefit of letting a prey go once in a while, letting her name spread and be feared. She enjoys turning dreams into nightmares too, invading the sleeping minds of the unwitting and sealing themselves in an unending nightmare while she feeds off their soon restless state. As such she's developed the ability to cause a person to sleep simply by making eye contact and willing their desire for unconsciousness to overwhelm them.
These aren't even all she can do, or will do. Being a succubus gives her a few abilities as well. Like her sister, she's able to resist the effects of acids, change her form and float around, however Imielle's fully formed wings allow her to fly more than Kiras, who's limited to simply hovering around. However, while her acid resistance is present (and perhaps a little stronger too) she also has a resistance to any kind of heat too, be it flame, radiation, magic or mundane.
Another ability granted by her demonic father is her power to further devour the soul of a person, causing a devoured person to be bound to her flesh for eternity. Of course she's not as powerful and some prey might eventually escape, but for the most part she is capable of permavore. This means that at the point she claims their body for her own, they can do nothing else unless their soul manages to break free and allow them to reform on their own. Souls without their own ability to reform will become eternally owned by Kiras.

Should a player wish for a semi-permavore state rather than full permavore, then every week beginning the following monday after the rp finishes, they can roll a d20 in a whisper to me or an alt of mine (anyone on either
Soulbound or
Unbound_Souls, or these lists if they're online). The result represents the prey's determination to escape and each result will be stored. Once the total reaches 50, the prey is released.
