Morphing: Glitch's unique genetic code/makeup allow her to take on the appearance of anyone she's been in contact with or seen on the internet. Although she can't replicate an entire body this way unless the photo itself is a full body shot. That being said, this ability is what makes her invaluable as a detective. Intangibility: Glitch's body is both physical and intangible. Meaning she can switch between the two if she wanted to. It comes in handy when someone wants to shoot you or if you need to pass through walls for some reason. The only set back is that it only works on inorganic matter. Having a person's hand go through her would corrupt her data. So a precautionary protocol was added to her programming to prevent her from becoming intangible when in close contact with organic beings. Download: Glitch can not only be uploaded to electronic devices, but can download information from them as well. It puts her into Standby Mode, however, where she's unable to do anything else until the download is finished or paused. The length of time it takes to finish downloading depends on the type of file, and how big it is. Kilobytes require the shortest amount of time (anywhere from seconds to a few minutes). Whereas, terabytes could require half a day or more.

Personality

Glitch is an energetic, often cheeky, cyber girl. She can invade anything that uses electricity, and in her spare time likes to tease others - but is also reflective when her pranks go out of hand. When she was still human, Glitch used to be frustrated about her disability to walk. After losing her human body and becoming data, she became much more cheerful and extremely noisy instead.

Background

The true nature of Glitch is that she's a Hologramoid. Part human and part computer program. But it's not exactly 50/50. She more or less is able to switch between the two, and anywhere in-between. She was the first human ever to travel into cyber space, and as such it produced interesting side-effects. Most of which are rather "glitchy", hence the nickname she received. She can alternate her DNA/Programming in all senses of the word. With a genius mind that works like a computer in binary system, she can copy, adapt, and save to her body almost all kinds of information: genre, abilities, voice, physical details, documents, videos, softwares, mp3, etc etc... interpreting everything in complex equations. Her mind and body can act as an USB or hard drive... considering herself as the most complex and intelligent being in the world. Because of her talents and gifted awareness she has taken the trade of becoming a detective. In particular she is interested in the mysteries surrounding Nexus Park. The more complex the information, the harder it is to solve the equation, so it will take more time to resolve it (hours, days, weeks, moths, years), some abilities can't be copied ( god-like abilities most of them, like resurrection, invincible abilities, is too much power or information for her body). Every time that she uses her computer system, her neon eyes flash and she gives off a fluorescent glow. The headphones she wears transfer information from her brain to the rest of her body. She's not an android, a cyborg, or a robot. She's a hologramoid. The first of its kind. It would be more accurate to call her a cyber girl.

Post Length, Structure and Speed: I tend to match my partner, but otherwise I post 3-5 lines on average. I don't expect people to have good grammar, and I encourage others to not let my post sizes discourage them. This is a place for roleplaying, so have fun! Though, with that being said please do try to stray aaa from one-liners or a few words. It makes it hard for me to respond back to you when you do, and then we're both unhappy. As for posting speed, it all depends, but I'm not the fastest typer so bear with me. =)

God-Modding and Power Playing: Simply no. These type of people do not interest me. I'll usually let such instances off with a warning, but it's generally common courtesy not to auto-hit or auto-decide the actions of the other player.

Whisper Friendly: I consider myself very whisper friendly. Unless I miss your message or didn't hear the ping I'll always make an effort to respond to you. If you want to play just say so and give me a second to look over your profile. If I turn you down that doesn't necessarily mean no forever, just for the moment.

In Character Approaches: I am not totally against it, but I do like getting to know the parameters of a scene first before engaging in one. Just so we're both clear on what kind of setting, preferences to abide by, and the overarching plot so we know when the RP has run its full course.

Who Starts: Generally, I've come to agree that the one who approaches the other person should start off the role-play. The exception being if a scene would serve better if the other person started.

Things To Know

1. If I dislike your character/refuse RP, please respect my wishes. 2. Bars are not set in stone, they can be negotiable, especially if they are not maxed out. 3. I'm always open for storyline possibilities, just ask. 4. Please whisper or PM me OOCly. I like to talk about the scene first. 5. I will always treat you with respect. I hope you will do the same. 6. Sometimes I go AFK and miss messages. So please forgive me. However, when in an RP I'll notify you beforehand. 7. No god-modding please. Unless we come to an agreement to do so. 8. While Vore and Sex are nice, they aren't mandatory for me. I'm just as interested in story related RP's without them. 9.
