A girl with a slender, thin figure. Has blonde hair tied up into a braid. A pair of cat ears sprout from the top of her head. Degree of freedom is similar to that of the common cat. Possesses green eyes. Has a long tail coated with smooth yellow fur, trailing out from her tailbone.

As a child, Felise was raised in an orphanage. She was left there as neither of her parents were in the condition to raise her; Her human father, Victor, was suffering a college debt, and her Felikin mother, Nips, a catnip addiction. After being carried to full term Felise was left at the orphanage's doorstep as an infant, Nips hoping that someone better would raise her. Life at the orphanage was hell to her, and she constantly blamed her parents for abandoning her here to suffer. She befriends a Rodent hybrid there named Brie, and from her she learnt how to lockpick and stash things without the staff noticing. The two of them eventually came up with a plan of escape, and together they broke out of the orphanage along with other willing orphans, going around doing odd jobs and joining triads to make ends meet, often clashing with law enforcement. Felise would meet her mother again as a delinquent, but on rather darker terms. During a botched mission they were caught by Nip's gang members, the Nepeta, and were brought to her for questioning. As she was about to execute her daughter, Nips discovers her error in time, instead allowing her to walk free. Denied her mother's love yet more, she broke up from the rest of the orphans, choosing to live life on her own as a freelance thief. Pickpocketing and burglary became her daily bread.

While on her way to a heist, she bumps into a man carrying a precious looking briefcase. Felise knocks him out and opens it up hoping to find money, but finds a pair of unlabelled syringes containing serum instead. Thinking they might fetch a high price somewhere she takes them along with her, slipping them into her own pocket and making her way to the terrace house her informant told her about. Little did she know in that house, a fellow Felikin, Marlee was inside. Marlee catches Felise red-handed, and the two cats fight, hand-to-hand. In a bid to get an advantage over her and also to find out what they do, Felise attempts to inject her with one of the syringes, but the wilder cat's reflexes prove too much for her, and it backfires, injecting the thief with the serum instead. With the serum in her bloodstream Felise suddenly felt weak, and was even shrinking, becoming stark naked as her clothes no longer fit her. Marlee overpowers her and at the final height of three inches she was powerless to do anything, becoming a toy where the other cat did unmentionable things to her before being swallowed. A few days later Felise shows up at her doorstep again, still shrunk and begging for forgiveness, whilst asking for a cure. Marlee withheld the cure from her, which was in the other syringe Felise had left in her house, and it wasn't until a multitude of favours before the cat decided to hand it over. After being restored to normal, they became hard hearted friends, and eventually love interests.

Even after she was turned back to normal, Felise's body has been permanently changed by the serum. On contact with harmful or corrosive substances, her skin liberates a mucous layer which prevents further damage. This immunity allowed her to survive the trip through Marlee's system, and even that of giantess Shirley's highly caustic acids. She can also share that protection with other individuals by coming into close contact, such as hugging. Like all Felikin, Felise possesses superior reflexes, sharp hearing and partial night vision. She also sneaks quietly and can hold her own in hand-to-hand combat.
